Background

I'm a graduate IT professional with hands‑on experience in both enterprise IT support and network operations. During my internship at Efiniti Telecommunications, I supported 150+ users, resolving hardware, software, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and network connectivity issues across onsite and remote environments.

I hold a Master of Information Technology (Enterprise Networks) from APIC, where I achieved High Distinction in Network Design & Applied Project. I'm currently completing the ACS Professional Year Program at QIBA, Sydney, focusing on workplace readiness, business communication, and technical reporting.

My technical expertise spans network design, Microsoft 365 administration, virtualization, and IT service management. I'm skilled in VLAN‑segmented network design, OSPF routing, DHCP automation, and VLSM‑based IP planning, with practical exposure to troubleshooting Layer 2/Layer 3 issues in Cisco‑based environments.

I have experience with enterprise tools including N-Able, Jira, VMware, and Microsoft 365 suite (SharePoint, Exchange Online, Entra ID, Teams). My strong communication skills and attention to detail have enabled me to manage tickets effectively, document technical procedures, and collaborate with technical teams.
